In our efforts to ensure that PREGO provides only an authentic product, a refractory clay, wood burning oven has been imported from Valoriani of Tuscany Italy. It is now proudly installed in the Pizzeria and the first Pizza were tested Sunday afternoon before ValentInes night 2005. The verdict?? Outstanding!! We couldn't wait for Matt and the specialist staff at Orchard Ovens Preston Lancs (Valorianis UK Distributor)but went ahead and fired it up anyway, with fantastic results.
